What To Expect

At SOS, you can expect lots of action. The schedule is jam packed each day.

Each day kicks off with a Celebration (our word for a church service…it’s actually much better than a typical church service) in the Main Auditorium. (update; we will all meet in the Main Auditorium) Then, we disperse for outreach to go serve the people of Cincinnati. Following outreach, you will return to campus for a much needed break with fun options and dinner.. Lastly, we convene as a large group again to sing to God and thank Him for how we were able to serve that day.

Every person will be placed in an outreach group, and this will be your family for the week. These groups will go out and serve together during our daily outreaches and spend time debriefing following key talks during the week. Don’t worry if your BFF isn’t in your group, there will be plenty of time for you to hang out together.

Expect the unexpected!!!! The great thing about going out and serving people is that it almost never goes exactly as planned. And usually the best stories come when something completely unexpected happens. So, be flexible!
